Madness in Crowds: The Teeming Mind of Harrison Cady is a commemorative monograph collecting early 20th century illustrator Harrison Cady’s lifetime of work. The king of cute creatures, contraptions, and crowd scenes, Cady’s work includes biting political commentary for “Time” magazine and joyously chaotic covers for “Boys’ Life” and “The Country Gentleman.”

Silver foil and debossing effects are used judiciously on both the front and the back of the slipcase as well as the book cover.

Metallic silver ink was used for the bookplate and the endpapers for a rich, luxurious effect.
